We genuinely want to establish a relationship with YOU! YOU will be the priority during your one-hour workout session.
We use our own Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale:
- Red=back off the intensity, control the heart rate
- Yellow=proceed with some caution, monitor weight or resistance load
- Green=get after it, clients learn new progressions and break through barriers
For example, last weekend you worked overtime or ran the kids all over town while recovering from a cold and lack of sleep. The trainer will take that into account and make the necessary adjustments to your programming to help keep you on track. Our goal is not ONE good workout. Results come from consistent and persistent effort over the long term.
Of course you can find exercise videos online but you are coming to Fitco for accountability, trust, and relationship building. We do the research to educate YOU about yourself and your body. We gain your trust because we are looking out for the best interest of YOU. YOU will have a great relationship with our trainers and staff. YOU are more than a transaction to us.
